OR

D.El.Ed Certificate / Diploma in Special Education from an Institute recognized by
Rehabilitation Council of India which is equivalent to D.El.Ed in Special Education
along with
valid CRR Number of Rehabilitation Council of India.

India

OR

B.Ed. with Certificate / Diploma from an Institute recognized by Rehabilitation
Council of India which is equivalent to B.Ed. in Special Education and possessing
